Wether the does are Fullblood, percentages or commercial, they must first and foremost have great maternal instinct. They need good conformation, and a nice disposition is always a plus. All of our young does are given the opportunity to breed as soon as possible as we are looking for lines with early fertility as well as fast growth. The young bucks we are bringing in will have high ribeye scores as well as a fast growth rate, with the goal of developing a high quality carcass animal.
We have started gathering a group of does that include the notable bloodlines of:
Mojo Magic, Pipline, Eggs, Magnam & Tarzan. We are currently adding some Mzuri breeding as well as some of Uphoffs Fudge breeding for that great rapid growth they have been showing in the gain tests.
